Injection moulding for food and healthcare components takes place under Clean Room conditions, 24 hours, seven days a week. Our injection moulding machines range from 25 to 300 tons and our moulds go up to 72 cavities. IPN invests in the best moulds to achieve the highest quality and output. Our experience in processing HDPE, LDPE, PP, TPE and engineering plastics, is of great value when considering issues such as shrinkage, physical and mechanical properties and sterilization techniques. IPN manufactures more than 3 billion components annually.
